After Milking
- Rinse milking equipment with cold water using at least 10L per unit.
- Make a 0.5% solution at the rate of 500ml to 100L of water at 90°C using at least 10L per unit.
(can be cold) - Circulate solution for between 7 to 10 minutes.
- Run to waste.
- Rinse with clean cold water using at least 5L per unit.
- Avoid release to the environment.
Contains phosphoric acid, orthophosphoric acid and sulphuric acid.
- Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
- Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray.
- Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/ eye protection/face protection.
- IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomitting.
- IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower.
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
- IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing
