High strength chlorinated caustic detergent for circulation cleaning of milking machines and DX bulk tanks.
After Milking
- Rinse milking equipment with cold water using at least 5L per unit.
- Make a 0.5% solution at the rate of 500ml to 100L of water at 36°C using at least 5L per unit.
- Circulate solution for between 7 to 10 minutes.
- Run to waste.
- Rinse with clean cold water using at least 5L per unit.
- Avoid releasing to the environment.
Tank Cleaning
- Can also be used on milk bulk tanks. Please follow your tank manufacturers recommendations.
- Contains sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite solution and Cl active.
- Contact with acids liberates toxic gas.
- May be corrosive to metals.
- Causes severe skin burns and eye damage
- Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
- Avoid releasing to the environment.
- Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/ eye protection/face protection.
- IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
- IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower.
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
- IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing
